The EU announced sanctions against 26 individuals and 2 entities in Belarus

On December 16th, according to the communiqué released by the European Council, the European Union has decided to impose restrictive measures on 26 individuals and 2 entities from Belarus, including several members from the Belarusian judiciary. So far, the EU's restrictive measures against Belarus have been applied to a total of 287 individuals and 39 entities. It is reported that the assets of the sanctioned individuals and entities will be frozen, and they will also be subject to travel bans, prohibiting them from entering or transiting EU member states.
