Santai Group: Equity ratio of Thai subsidiary adjusted to 40%

On November 14th, Jinshi Data announced that Sentai shares have increased capital and loaned to its Thai subsidiary, Thailand Sentai. After the capital increase, Sentai Technology's shareholding ratio in Thailand Sentai increased from 1% to 40%, while Sentai shares' shareholding ratio decreased from 99% to 60%. This investment is within the scope of the previous shareholders' meeting's deliberation on a total investment of 350 million yuan in Thailand. The decision aims to optimize the company's operating capital and the implementation of fundraising projects, enhance the company's sustainable profitability and comprehensive competitiveness. This capital increase does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, does not require submission to the shareholders' meeting for deliberation, and the risks are controllable, and it will not have a detrimental impact on the company's financial and operating conditions.
