On August 30th, Jinshi Data reported that the European Union escort fleet said on August 29th local time that it has started to rescue the "Suni Owen" oil tanker attacked by Houthi militants in the Red Sea and no crude oil spills have been found yet. According to Reuters, the "Shield" action fleet dispatched by the European Union to perform escort missions in the Red Sea and Gulf regions claimed to coordinate with relevant EU departments and neighboring countries of Yemen to take "all actions" to avoid catastrophic environmental crises and rescue the "Suni Owen" oil tanker.
