On May 27, local time, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Madrid, the capital of Spain, by special plane, and King Felipe VI of Spain went to greet him. Zelenskyy will travel to the Spanish royal palace for an official meeting with Felipe VI, followed by a meeting with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, who is expected to sign a protocol on a new round of Spanish military aid to Ukraine worth 1.129 billion euros.
