According to news from CoinWorld, the IEEE P3220.02 standard "Decentralized Storage Protocol Based on Blockchain" has officially been completed, led by the CESS decentralized data infrastructure CESS Network, which conducted a confirmation meeting for the pre-review. It will be formally submitted to IEEE SA for review on September 1, 2025. This marks a key step in the international standardization of decentralized storage. As the initiator and main contributor, CESS actively participated in the design of the technical framework, compliance requirements, and application scenarios during the standard formulation process, promoting decentralized storage to possess stronger verifiability, compliance, and feasibility.
