On August 18, Jin10 reported that Haixia Co., Ltd. responded on the interactive platform that, as of now, the company has not released any announcements regarding the “300 billion yuan acquisition of Xuwen Port.” All major information of the company should be based on the announcements disclosed in designated media. Currently, the company is still conducting due diligence and negotiation communication with the counterparties regarding investment in Xuwen Port. As of now, the parties involved in some important matters have not reached a consensus, and the company will continue to promote the investment in Xuwen Port.
