The World Liberty Financial, supported by the Trump family, plans to seize this opportunity by establishing a public company that will hold its WLFI Token and is currently seeking investors' opinions on this plan. According to insiders, the structure of the deal is still being finalized, with a financing target of approximately $1.5 billion.
