Russia claims it is waiting for Ukraine to signal the start of the third round of talks.

Jin10 Data, July 11 - Russian President's Press Secretary Peskov stated on the 10th that Russia does not believe the Russia-Ukraine peace negotiations have reached a deadlock, and the Russian side still hopes to achieve its goals in Ukraine through peaceful political and diplomatic means. Peskov mentioned that the Russian side is waiting for a signal from the Ukrainian side regarding whether they are ready to initiate the third round of negotiations. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Zelensky stated on the 10th that a new round of negotiations will not be held for the time being, as the agreed-upon exchange of captured personnel has not yet been completed.
