The Ethereum Community Fund (ECF) was established to promote the development of ETH infrastructure.
According to a message from Gate News bot and a report from The Block, Ethereum core developer Zak Cole announced the establishment of the Ethereum Community Foundation (ECF). The foundation focuses on promoting the application of Ethereum infrastructure at the institutional level. ECF plans to enhance the actual value of ETH by funding "immutable, no-token" projects.
The foundation's funding scope covers two major areas: one is the application development of real assets such as on-chain stocks, bonds, and real estate, and the other is solutions to fundamental public infrastructure issues such as "blob space pricing imbalance."
