Gate News bot message, The Financial Times reported that the TRON Group will go public through a reverse merger with Nasdaq-listed company SRM Entertainment. US regulators have suspended the investigation into the digital asset platform Tron, founded by Sun Yuchen.
According to informed sources, this transaction was orchestrated by the New York boutique investment bank Dominari Securities, which is associated with Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump. The newly formed joint venture plans to buy and hold TRX, using the same operational model as Strategy.
