On Monday, Spanish Prime Minister Sanchez spoke at a business event in Barcelona, stating that the cabinet will discuss the plan tomorrow and then submit it to parliament. However, this bill will face a long approval process in parliament, and it is far from certain whether it will receive enough support from lawmakers.
