黄果樹ハーフマラソン、PB達成！安全に完走した喜びの中に、19キロ地点で少し小さなエピソードが隠れていて、ふくらはぎが少しつった。
昨年の旅行の写真をいくつか取り出して、徐霞客が踏み入れたこの土地を思い出しました。今回は、先賢の足跡に沿って再出発し、 #带着Gate去旅行# #带些Gate去运动# を続けます。
