この《アメリカのブロックチェーン展開法》（Deploying American Blockchains Act）という法案は、商務省に要求しています：
1、アメリカの競争力を高めるための政策を策定する； 2、各機関によるブロックチェーン技術の採用を調整する； 3、関連ガイドラインを発表する； 4、オープンソースインフラの発展をサポートします。
