Mars Finance reports that Polygon officially announced that Revolut’s on-chain transaction volume has exceeded $1.2 billion, further deepening its investment in blockchain. Revolut has previously applied to the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to obtain a national bank charter, operating under the name Revolut Bank US, NA. If granted, Revolut will be able to directly access the Fedwire and ACH systems, offer FDIC insured deposit services, and conduct business across all 50 states under a unified federal framework.
