ME News Report, April 15 (UTC+8), blockchain gaming infrastructure Lattice announced that it will gradually shut down its operations after five years of operation, with its Layer 2 network Redstone ceasing operation on May 16, 2026, at 07:59. Lattice reminds users to withdraw funds before this deadline, especially assets in contracts such as Uniswap pools; after shutdown, only L1 withdrawal contracts will be deployed for external account balances, and funds in contracts will be unrecoverable. It is reported that Lattice was established in 2021, developing tools such as the MUD framework, Redstone chain, Quarry, and Dozer, but failed to achieve a sustainable business model. The team will use remaining funds for the final project DUST Autonomous World, but the scale has not reached a level to support the business, and they do not believe VC funding is the right path.
