Berachain: Most key partners are ready to restore the Block.
BlockBeats news, on November 4th, Berachain announced an update stating that most key partners are ready except for one Oracle Machine provider. Given the recent issues related to Stream/Elixir, the Oracle Machine providers have faced immense pressure in the past 24 hours. They hope to resume operations within hours. Once the Oracle Machine is back online and the Blockchain starts generating Blocks, Berachain will release another update. In the meantime, the team has verified and received pre-signed transactions provided by white-hat individuals currently holding the stolen BEX funds. Once the Blockchain resumes generating Blocks, these transactions will transfer the BEX funds from the white-hat individuals to the wallet of the foundation deployer, no longer relying on the white-hat individuals. If the recovery goes smoothly, Berachain will release the latest news to the community. Yesterday, Berachain Foundation stated, “The validating Nodes have coordinated to suspend the operation of the Berachain network so that the core team can execute an emergency Hard Fork to address the vulnerability issues related to BEX on Balancer V2. This network suspension is planned, and the network will resume operation shortly.”
