Abstract generation in progress

Golden Financial reported that Jito Labs and its two executives will be "dismissed without prejudice" from the lawsuit against Pump Fun by Burwick Law, after both parties reached a settlement following the leak of 5,000 chat records. The law firms Burwick and Wolf Popper, representing plaintiffs Diego Aguilar, Kendall Carnahan, and Michael Okafor, informed Judge Colleen McMahon on Friday that they would withdraw the charges against Jito Labs, the Jito Foundation, CEO and COO Lucas Bruder, and Brian Smith. The letter does not specify the reason why the plaintiff reached the agreement with Jito Labs, and Judge McMahon has not yet approved the order. However, the second amended complaint submitted by legal counsel last week indicates that one defendant will be dismissed to "further narrow the scope of the case."
