Bitcoin mining company Terawulf has signed an AI accomplice protocol with Fluidstack, with the first 10-year contract revenue reaching $3.7 billion.

On August 14, Bitcoin mining company TeraWulf (NASDAQ: WULF) signed two 10-year HPC hosting agreements with AI cloud platform Fluidstack, which will provide over 200 MW of critical IT load at the Lake Mariner data center in New York. The expected revenue from the first 10-year contract is approximately $3.7 billion, with a potential extension bringing it up to $8.7 billion. Google will guarantee Fluidstack's $1.8 billion lease obligations to support project-related debt financing and will receive approximately 41 million warrants, representing about 8% of the company's equity.
