On July 16, Pandu Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Pandu") announced that its Pandu Bitcoin ETF (02818.HK) will officially log in to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited on July 18, becoming the first Bitcoin ETF approved for listing in Hong Kong this year. The launch of this product provides local investors with a new channel to conveniently participate in the Bitcoin market. Hong Kong investors can use their existing securities accounts to trade and invest by choosing either cash or physical redemption methods. Its performance benchmark is anchored to the CME CF Bitcoin Index (Asia-Pacific Closing Price), striving to achieve investment returns that closely align with the value of Bitcoin before deducting related fees, helping investors efficiently gain direct investment exposure to the Bitcoin market. As an asset manager with both Web3 and venture capital genes, Pandu has obtained Type 1, Type 4, and Type 9 licenses issued by the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong, fully possessing the compliance qualifications to carry out digital asset-related services.
