Goldene Finanz berichtet, dass der Forscher der Ethereum Foundation, ladislaus.eth, am 24. März in sozialen Medien bekannt gab, dass die Ethereum-Entwickler am 26. März entscheiden werden, ob EIP-8141 (Frame Transactions) in das Hegota-Upgrade aufgenommen wird.
EIP-8141 entkoppelt Konten von festen Signaturverfahren und bietet eine native Migrationspfad für post-quantensichere (PQ-secure) Signaturverfahren. Wenn nur auf der Konsensschicht (leanCL) Post-Quantum-Sicherheit implementiert wird, während die Nutzertransaktionen auf der Ausführungsschicht weiterhin auf quantenanfälligen ECDSA basieren, wäre die Migration unvollständig.
