Guofu Quantum subsidiary signs up for a digital asset encryption fund in Hong Kong
On September 4, 2025, Fuqiang Equity Investment Management Company registered the "Guofu Tokenized Digital Asset Limited Partnership Fund" in Hong Kong, marking an important step in the development of the RWA (real-world asset) market. This move aims to position Hong Kong as a leading center for encrypted assets, enhancing global competitive advantages.
Experts believe that the management policy issued by the SFC since November 2023 is an important legal foundation to promote the trend of tokenization. According to Mr. Tong Xiang, the fund will help improve liquidity, increase convenience in payments, and leverage the advantages of blockchain.
This is the first RWA tokenized fund in Hong Kong following the LPF model, paving the way for products like the RWA8 Fund. Golden State Holdings affirms its commitment to support the establishment and research of RWA funds, highlighting the significant potential from a clear legal framework and increasingly improved infrastructure.
