Tasks:
Task 1: Refer Friends For First-time Trading Rewards
During the event, inviting a friend who downloads Gate App and completes first-time Web3 trading of $100 or more in either swap or memecoin trading volume counts as a qualified invite.
Inviters will receive $5 per qualified invite. As an inviter, the more you invite, the more rewards you will earn. An inviter can win up to $100 per person for Task 1. The total winners’ number for this event is 1,000, rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Task 2. Web3 First Referral double rewards, Earn Up To 100 USDT per Person
If you have not participated in a referral event before, you will receive double referral rewards for your first successful invitation of a friend who completes the corresponding tasks. That is to say, Inviters will receive $10 per qualified invite. An inviter can win up to $100 per person for Task 2. Task 2 winners number is limited to the first 500 participants, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Task 3. Referral Team Trading, Earn Up to 1,000 USDT Extra Rewards For Inviters
During the event, your total Web 3 invitees’ trading volume ( including both swap trading and memecoin trading) will be ranked. Important Notes:

1. All rewards will be distributed within 14 business days after the event ends.
2. Task 2 is open only to agents in the Chinese-speaking region. The users under these accounts are all new and existing Gate Web3 wallet users who have created a wallet through a top-level agent or sub-agent referral link.
3. Net deposit = Total deposits during the event period - Total withdrawals before reward distribution. Internal transfers do not count as valid deposits.
4. Each participant can only participate with one account. Sub-accounts will not be considered separate accounts for this competition. “New users” with the same identity verification are not allowed to register multiple accounts to participate in the event, and existing accounts will not be considered “new users” after they have cancelled their account.
5. Gate reserves the right to disqualify any participant from participating in the event for fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive activities, including but not limited to wash trading, improper matching, bulk account registration, or other irregular activities. Any suspected fraudulent, self-trading, wash trading, cross-trading, market manipulation, or other illegal trading activities will result in disqualification and revocation of rewards.
6. Users participating in multiple events during the same period will only receive one reward, and the highest reward will be claimed. The platform reserves the right to final interpretation of the terms of this event.
